Drivers say that our accounting process is pretty simple. They send us their bills by Monday or Tuesday for loads delivered last week.
Our accounting department gets to work on it, and on Thursday, you will get your detailed statement sent from us to your email, with every load you had, miles you ran, with funds credited to your account or expenses if you had any.
Our dispatch service has been unmatched for several years
We do our dispatch slightly differently. First of all, you can tell us what direction you would like to go, and how many miles you would like to run. Secondly, if you are an owner operator we would offer you 1, 2, 3 or 5 loads if needed until we get your truck covered. Last but not least important, our dispatch service does great work, and tries to get you the best rate possible.
Our average rates have been much higher than the competition average.

Do you hold escrow ?
Here at Maybach, we strive to help others. That being said, neither company drivers or owner operators, DO NOT PAY for escrow.
Do you pay for detention ?
As far as detention goes, we would say that the main difference between Maybach and other companies is that we have a detention office, where people who work there, have only one job and goal, get detention funds from a broker. We might not always be successful, but we are sure that our success percentage is higher than most trucking companies.
In most cases, even if we do not get any detention funds from a broker, Maybach will pay you 25$ an hour after 4 hours.
Do you pay every week direct deposit ?
Yes. Every week your statement funds are deposited into your bank account. All you have to do is provide us with your ACH information, such as your account and routing number.
What are my expenses as an owner operator ?
As an owner operator, you have two kinds of agreements.
The first one is, you pay 12% for a company service fee, and you are responsible for weekly expenses such as 350$ cargo insurance, 350$ trailer rent (wear and tear on brakes and tires are included), 46$ occupational insurance, 120$ BestPass + Camera + ELD Samsara as a monthly expense.
The second one, the most popular one, is 22% of every load, and that includes all deductions we have mentioned above (not including fuel and tolls).
Would you help a company driver become an owner operator ?
Our company was founded by former drivers. As we expand, our goal is to help as many good company drivers as we can to become owner operators. We will give them a great financing deal for a truck, or we can lease or rent them our equipment with 1$ buyout.
